Ten Steps To Improved Confidence

1. SMILE AT EVERYONE YOU PASS // Instead of looking down at your feet, exchange eye contact and a smile. It will brighten your day as well as others.

2. COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS // At the end of the day, when you're just about to nod off and sleep, remind yourself of what you are grateful for and why.

3. LOVE WHAT YOU WEAR // When you look good, it changes the way you feel. Love a certain pair of trousers? Show them off!

4. WALK WITH PURPOSE // Walk like you have somewhere to be.

5. TIDY YOUR LIVING SPACE // A messy room equates to a cluttered, confused mind. Organise that messy draw you dump everything in, I dare you!

6. REMEMBER MAKEUP IS IN NO WAY ESSENTIAL // Apply makeup with reverence and enjoy the process, but please remember you never have to do it - put it on because you want to.

7. TAKE TIME TO STOP AND THINK // Sometimes we go so fast we forget to stop; give yourself a break!

8. FOCUS ON THE PRESENT // Stop deliberating upon whether you should have done that, or when that thing will happen. Just relax and absorb what's happening to you now - that is absolutely enough.

9. MEET SOMEONE NEW // Sometimes we need to meet a new person to gain a new perspective upon ourselves; the blogging world is perfect for this!

10. STOP COMPARING YOURSELF // We all do this far too much. You are you, and that is all you need to be.
